well surprisingly the answer is yes,but not due to a religious explanation though
One explanation to such a weird behaviour is that there is a mess up in the earth's magnetic field.Apparently some fish(or whale)are guided by the earth's magnetic field, and a distortion in it(probably due to artificial causes)cause them to think there's still water ahead and landed on the beach..
well of course the change in the geomagnetic field(however subtle)is reason for concern...
oh btw...i took it that you meant apocalypse..

Yes, according to the Book of Reservations -- beaching fish is just one of the signs of the Apostrophe. Also look for the oceans running red with borscht, and look out for plagues of loquats.

Hmmm...You might have a point here. An apostraphe does look an awful lot like a dead fish. I think the real question is what exactly is the fish turning into a contraction or possessive?

Did you mean Catastrophe, then the fish maybe polluted with too much carbon monoxide consumed into the sea as a result of too much pollution being exhausted into the atmosphere.

I believe that we have ruined the earth and filled the waters with so much poison and human waste it has infected the marine life.
