Are there any Scientologists out there, who can tell me why they believe that Xenu and the aliens in Scientology scripture, exist?

Thats supposed to be "secret" info known only to the toppest most members. Thats like asking christians if they really believe that Jesus was married which is also supposed to be secret info known only to the pope and his minons. But at least I can claim a documentary as my source and not a cartoon or clambake web site like most of the anti-scientology posters I see around here.

Altho I must admit that I can see a benefit to a religion like that. Instead of a God that is all-present and ruling your life and after-life. A "god" that is locked up and now you have to learn how to take care of yourself without relying on him. Hmmmmmm

I'm not a scientologist but from what I've read most scientologists don't know about that part of it, that is the ultimate truth you find out when you get high enough up in the training.

There is no such thing as scripture in the religious sense, Scientology is pure fiction, just like all organized religions.
