Do Wedgwood use real gold?

Is the gold decoration on Wedgwood (and other "good" makes) real gold?

Yes it is real gold leaf made from 9 carat gold, which is why their products are so expensive. Not my cuppa though.

Yes gilding on pottery is real gold applied to it.
