Buttermilk marinated pan fried chicken topped with a mixture of warm honey and hot sauce. YUM! If I am not feeling like hardening my arteries, I marinate chicken breast in fat free Italian dressing for about 2 hours. Then I take it out and "bread" it with shredded parm cheese, just press it into the chicken. Bake on 350 for about 30 minutes. It's good, crunchy, but still not fried : )

alive and running around.. laying EGGS
(we have free range chickens)
since I know a lot about how most eating hens are kept and killed I try not to eat chicken very often...
1 dead cow feeds more people than 1 dead chicken so you can end some suffering by eating beef more often and chicken less... and try to have some meat less meals every week... (the horomes used in meat are building up in people)

I have a great easy recipee...place boneless skinless chix breast in crock pot. Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can water and pour over top. Cook for eight hours. Take chix out and mix the soup that is in the bottom with 8oz. of sour cream. Serve over rice. It is sooo easy and great!!!!
