I think I'm exhibiting symptoms.

I didn't realise it's name had changed sorry.
I am aware that sometimes, I seem to be disassociating myself. I have no control and am losing chunks of time. And I said to a friend when we were out..."why have ou done that?" (and there was a bottle sticking out of a glass) and they said "you just did it" and we had a huge fight because I was so sure I hadn't.

It's called dissociative disorder, and you could do a Yahoo search on DISSOCIATIVE IDENTITY DISORDER SYMPTOMS.

A therapist can give you a test, which could determine if you have symptoms of this disorder. I did, and went through therapy.

If you think you have this - you NEED to seek professional help. This is caused by serious trauma, and you need someone to help you through this.
