To get abuse: you are t he one getting abused.

2 abuse is when your the one doing the abusing and to get abuse is when you are the one getting abused.

To abuse would be when you are physically or mentally abusing someone. For example, hitting someone or something with your fist or a chair etc. Or name calling and putting the person down.
To get abuse would be when you are the person recieving the abuse. For example your the one who is being hit by the fist or the chair. Or you are being called stupid and lazy etc.

TO ABUSE means YOU are doing it;

TO GET ABUSE means it is being done TO YOU.

to abuse is to give or cause abuse towards another person, but to get abuse is to be the victim of abuse. if abuse is used as a verb, like in 'to abuse', its pronounced like 'abuze'.
