BREAKING NEWS,,THIS JUST IN
it has been discovered that if you blow dry your hair while on your period you will bleed heavier and longer. The reason being that the hot air from the blow dryer heats the blood and makes it thinner resulting in major blood lose. So far no deaths have been reported.
I will keep you updated as the story unfolds.

Hopefully you're not dealing with wild shrubbery here, and you've been a good arborist and trimmed your bush down to a neat little landing strip. That should be fine to air-dry.

yes of course you can blowdry your hair
(unless the cramps are so bad that you need to stay in bed, then you don't need to.)
But basically the heat from the dryer will not harm you any more than usual. (always condition your hair according to type)

THE ONLY TIME YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO BLOW DRY YOUR HAIR IS WHEN YOUR DEAD, THEN SOMEONE ELSE WILL DO IT FOR YOU
