whats this green postcard i recieved from immigration?

i just petitioned for my spouse to come to the united states a week ago and now i received this green postcaerd like thing from immigration what does this mean

I'm not familiar enough with green postcards to venture a guess. What does it say? Do they need information or are they giving you some?

Have you tried reading the card? Or did they just send you something with nothing written on it?

Is it your receipt so you have proof you filed? Does it have an 'alien number' so you can track progress?
