I dont believe in or follow any religion but I do believe there may be a higher power or god, so what is that called?

Agnostic or a seeker. Do some research on the various religions and beliefs through your search engine. If you even enter a question like "Is there a God" in the search engine, there will be plenty for you to read at your own pace. Good luck! If you believe there is a God, but not sure of a religion, ask God Himself to help you find the truth.
