Hi, there is so much needed information for this to truly be answered to benefit you. Yes lost hair can return... but you have to write how you lost it...
was it a form of male pattern balding or hereditary.
Or even a result from radiation therapy or chemo therapy? or possibly from the stress to the hair follicle due to daily hair styling and or perming, weaving,use of chemicals on the hair. or simply a fight that pulled your hair out. Or some crazier situation that led to your hair loss. Hair loss can be helped but the reason for the loss is necessary.*~
