Do the little things that let her know that you listen to her and paid attention to what she said and did.
If she happens to mention what her favorite food or desert is - fix it for her when she comes home.
When you rent a movie- tell her to pick the movie - anything she wants (yep even a chick flick) and then don't complain. Cuddle up with her on the couch and actually enjoy the movie with her.
Women like your time- we like to know that you noticed.
Things that have happened to me:
One boyfriend who was about 8 inches taller than me - gave me a hug once and then looked at me and said " you changed your shampoo". I never realized that he knew what my hair smelled like - Heck, I did not even know what my hair/shampoo smelled like. I had to go the the bathroom to check the shower - that yep - I had bought a different shampoo than I usually did because money was tight. It made me feel really good to know that he noticed something as simple and insignificant as what my shampoo smelled like.

Buy her roses while on a date (one red rose will do),
or
when she's at work buy flowers from a florist and write a heartfelt ,romantic note in the card
or
Hold hands with her, kiss her in the rain
or
phone her up in the morning when you know she's just about to set off to work/school, and if she gets angry, say, " i wanted to be the first person you talk to today"

Hold her hand, rub her shoulders and kisses and hugs are always nice too. If possible, can you pick some flowers for her as a surprise?
