you really dont need to eat more protein, what you eat now should be plenty but you should focus on cutting down on fats and replacing them with carbs, you should eat slightly more then you need to maintane your weight and you should do exersize, free weights are best at 15 reps per set for 3-8 sets for mussle growth

No, you don't. As long as you are getting your average amount of food (not less than normal) you are eating enough. If you eat a lot more, but do not work the calories off, then you will gain fat, not muscle. I highly recommend a book that I (and Tony Robbins) have called Static Contraction Training by Pete Sisco. With his work out, you only train once a week, and in 10 weeks, you will have built the equivalent amount of muscle as if you had worked out for 2 years.

My friend and I both did this and we gained muscle (and muscle weight) fast. I gained 15lbs of muscle, and lost fat in 10 weeks. My friend gained 10lbs. I know it seems like this is impossible, but it's completely true! You can usually find the book at Barnes & Noble for around $20 including tax. They only seem to carry 1 copy of the book at a time for some reason. You can message me if you have any more questions about this.

Since muscle is heavier than fat no, but if you are seriously exercising then you need to eat healthily. Ask your doctor and avoid steroids and weight boosters like the plague. As you get older you could want to take some weight off. Don't get too fat.

You need to eat more protein and foods that are healthier. You should always have iron, calories, protein, and vitamins. An average adult should take in about 2,000 calories a day.

When you start working out your body will tell you to eat more.
Just make sure you are feeding your body what it needs the most and not a bunch of junk.
Lean red meat, beans and lentils are great sources of protein.
