You are fine. Try adding some variety. And don't listen to cut out this, cut out that. Because that's how you crash and burn. You should never give up your favorite foods no matter what.
Eat 3 well balanced meals a day, and go ahead and eat your chocolate and crumpets!
Try adding cereals and fruit, perhaps scrambled eggs, a bagel with peanut butter, or anything else that suits your tastebuds. Your lunch sounds awesome! :) What will you have for dinner? Make it something healthy, throw in some vegetables/a salad/1 piece of meat/and don't forget a starch. The thing is, just eat "normally", normal sized portions. Try throwing in some exercise, or go for a walk. Either way, you'll be fine.
Good Luck!

It doesn't sound that bad. I don't know what crumpets are but I know the sandwich really is a good way to start cutting. Take it slow at first with changing your eating habits. Cut down a little each day. Like instead of chocolate try a banana or some kind of fruit. Save the chocolate for after dinner as a dessert! Then try changing the sandwich to a chicken salad with a lite dressing. Bread really is not good if you are trying to lose weight, wheat bread would be good if you are going to eat bread and a light mayonnaise would be OK just not all the time. But it sounds like you are on the right track. Eating 5 small meals is a good idea. Have breakfast lunch and dinner and a small snack in between. Like fruit, yogurt and every once in a while some chocolate cause I know its hard to completely cut out sweets. Well good luck to ya!!!!!!! Hope I could help!!!

Kind of.

Ideally, you need to be eating more. 'Cutting down' is best done gradually, so that your body can easily adjust to the change.

Nothing wrong with snacking on the crumpets and chocolate between your meals, but you should have something with a good mix of carb, protein and fat every 4-6 hours or so.

(The sandwich would have made a good breakfast, with something about the same size for dinner/supper and something bigger in between as a lunch.)

Try putting avocado or hummous on the crumpets, with some butter (or marge) and a garnish (cracked pepper, some nuts&seeds, or a varied salad dressing).

The Chicken lunch would be improved by adding some salad (various greens, some coleslaw, something crunchy like sliced peppers, onions or nuts, NOT just lettuce) and a spicy (not necessarily hot) bean sauce. A good-sized 'side dish' of a vegetable (broccoli, cabbage, turnip, beet, carrots) would be suitable, too.

Throughout the day, you should try to vary the 'staples' (bread, rice, pasta, potato) that you eat. Crumpet and wholemeal bread both count as 'Breads'.

Fruit is probably a good idea for snacking, rather than regularly doing it with chocolate.

You shouldn't eat too close to the time when you go to sleep, but you shouldn't fast for too long before sleeping, either.

Nutritious drinks (soup, chocolate, horlicks etc) are very useful between supper and bedtime.

Look, if there are healthy thoughts you will have healthy friends. If you have healthy friends you will have healthy thoughts. One follows the another. If someone says words of warmth then my heart (my emotional mind) feels good, but my mind says something somewhere is wrong because no one can say words of warmth to people like me. Its not my problem but I don't display my character, so theres hardly anyone who comes to know much about me. And those who know will prefer silence or a small smile to make me feel good. :)

No, it is NOT healthy!!

You have no veggies or fruit (a leaf of lettuce isn't even worth counting) in what you are describing, very little good quality protein, and practically no calcium.

You need frequent SMALL meals through the day with high quality protein, fruits, veggies, and whole grains.

yes it is but don't eat two bars of chocolate it's unhealthy, so stick to the crumpets and chicken mayo and treat yourself with bars if chocolate okay.

For breakfast you can try:
Cornflakes with semi skimmed milk

Lunch:
Lettace and light mayo sandwich in brown bread

Dinner:
salad and chicken mixed with a low fat salad cream

Hope i help

no,it is not healthy at all.It would be better if you have complete nutrients in your meal. you have to include carbohydrates, protein and fat inyour diet. dont do it in abrupt manner. for example,if you are used to eat a cup of rice, you hve to decrease it gradually by eating a half cup of rice.your body needs a balance diet.you have to eat more in breakfast and less in the supper.good luck.

the chocolate probably wasn't the best choice, but it isn't that bad. I don't see fruits or vegetables. iceburg lettuce doesn't count as it's mostly water. so while you haven't done badly, you could have done much better.
