Praise be to Allaah ...

Kull ‘aam wa antum bi khayr

This is great congratulations to every muslim in every point around the world and I ask Allaah for many happy returns for this ummah ... Ameen

Alhamdulillah .. And with Allaah's bounty we reached Ramadan and we also have left this holy month 2 days ago ...
And every muslim should ask himself (what's next??)

I'd like to say that if a Muslim continues to have the patience to do righteous deeds after Ramadaan, this is a sign that his (fasting) has been accepted by his Lord, the Most Generous, the Bestower of blessings. If he fails to do righteous deeds after Ramadaan, and follows the ways of the Shaytaan, this is a sign of humiliation, meanness, lowly status and being deprived of the help of Allaah.

So I'd like every muslim to share and answer this question
Did you TRULY give Ramadan its rights and try as hard as you caould to seize every single second???

Taqabballahu minna wa minkum.

Eid Mubarak.

I fail to understand what you mean by "give Ramadan its rights".

Ramanadhaan is a month in the Islamic calendar in which the Qur'an was revealed, a month in which we have to fast so that we attain 'taqwa' in our life.. In addition to this Allah has promised to reward us for the fasts in the hereafter. So we have to fulfil our duties towards Allah and towards fellowmen during this month. The question could be how far have I fulfilled these duties and obligations during the month that has just passed.

Every Muslim has tried to do his/her best in this direction. Anyway to err is human and if we sincerely repent Allah will forgive our shotcomings Insha Allah.

i reckon there is room for improvment in my case with regards to reciting the Quran, as arabic is not my mother tongue, i often resort to reading the English translation.

Im know how to read Arabic, i wish i could understand it enough though.

Yes and to the first participant, it was a test of faith. Prophet Ibrahim did not exactly sacrifice his son

al hamdullah I did try. But really everyone shouldve been asking himself this question every hour of ramadan.

But as to the ex muslim in the first answer, do you know why he told him to kill his son. It was a trial. He was testing his EMAN. Do you know what eman is. If you dont know than researcha bit more next time before letting your desires and the whispers of satan overcome you

In all honesty, no I didn't. I still have 3 unread Juz, I broke fast with backbiting, ....... and the sad part is, Imam gave kutbah on shaytan being chained, so any evils come from us. Ouch.

Eid mubarak.
