NO!
You don't get anything apart from a tax bill from your local town or city
To live and work here you need a visa, certain visa types allow you to be 'sponsored' for a green card. You can not apply on your own behalf. After getting the green card you then have to wait another 5 years before you can apply for US citizenship.
The current backlog for a green card is approx six years. You can buy a property here outright, and use a B visa to come up to six months of the year (single entry) but you can not work, as you are classed as a tourist.

Owning real estate has nothing to do with getting citizenship. You must go through the application and naturalization process.

No, there is a special investor's visa but it takes a business investment of $500,000 or $1,000,000 (depending on how you invest it) and employment of 10 people.
Real estate investment just gets you real estate.
The various visa options can be found at uscis.gov

no, owning a property here in united States doesn't automatically give you permission to be a citizen. you will still have to go through the whole immigration process.
