That's a "Good Question", i think Its needing "A Little In the Thought department".
If you can definitely say, with hand In heart that you are not being just "A Do Good type"?., and that you have known of this situation (Over a long period of time?). Also, the children are of minor age?.
Then for there sakes!!, and thats Important, you "Must tell the Authorities. Its not a question of Should I?, well In my opinion.
Its a question of Danger too children.
To much nowadays, Is left u7nsaid. As you know this can be done quite Anonymously??.
So!!, go for It, If your conscience tells you so.
No Hiding from that!!.

If the children are at risk then yes. However, the way you describe her makes it sound as though you just do not like her and you might be wanting to report for sour grapes. Think carefully before you do this, it could make or break her and her childrens' lives.
Continue to be friendly with her when you meet her, but do nothing to antagonise her. She may be a troubled lady who has put up a "smokescreen".

How do you know what she does all day? If you have the time to watch her, you have too much time on your hands.
If the children really are in danger, instread of coming her to insult this woman, why not contact the appropriate authorities?
However, I suspect your question is a good example of disgruntled neighbour whose overtures have been rejected, and who now wants to 'pay back' the person concerned.
Cheers :-)

If you think the children are being neglected, then yes. There are too many children being neglected because no one wants to get involved, you don't even need to give your name to report them to the authorities.

It's clearly in the best interests of the children that she be reported. I would do so, but anonymously, so she can't blame you for exposing her failings!

Absolutely not. I'm sorry but there are far too many like minded people like you ready and willing to destroy families when you don't know the full facts.

Perhaps you can report her, but ask it to be kept anonymous that you are the one who reported her. That way, her kids will get the help they need and you will be safer.
