Wether this is the BNP or not, the question is a reasonable one.
I dont think bringing back the stocks would help. However I think the Birch would do the trick just nicely!
The stocks just provide embarrasment for the person in them, the birch will give them something else to think about.... a sore backside!

No, because such actions solve nothing. It didn't work in the 18th century and it won't work now.

It needs to be solved at its roots, which are problems in society and in their home environments. The problems are allowed to persist as everyone is too lazy to do anything and instead take the easy options which are far more ineffectual.

You think putting these kids on a public display will suddenly make them perfect law abiding people? If anything, it will breed resentment and more hatred from their public humiliation.

This isn't "celtic", it's failed BNP candidate Roy West, using yet another of his multiple identities to make us think his BNP nonsense has some support.

Roy lies to us on Y!A by claiming to be many people and he cheats by ignoring Y!A rules on multiple accounts.

Roy West, failed BNP candidate, liar and cheat.

Still Roy, at least while you're wasting time on Y!A, the good people of Dukinfield are spared your poison on their streets.

Here's a nice picture of Roy (on the right) with his Fuhrer, BNP leader Nick Griffin.

PS Thanks for the 7 violations last night, Roy. I thought Tameside Citizen believed in free speech?

Glentoran is another name, along with 'it's him again' and many others.
He is not playing by the rules here so we can out him.
Roy West of the BNP on a mission from his jackbooted masters to spam the site.
Out out out.

Give more power back to the police and teachers to instill more discipline and respect, and hit the parents in the pocket. Get rid of the human rights act. You should not have any when you commit a crime.
