I guess if you can't dazzle them with brilliance, you just baffle them with bu....something else.

I love it how people seem to think that, just because they spew anti-Mormon garbage at young men who have never heard this stuff and only want to share the gospel and the Book of Mormon, get all puffed up with pride at how "I just told THEM!"

Pride goeth before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall.

What do you think?

Or, it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.

Wouldent it be something to see ANY of you argue with Gal 1:6-10? why gee Paul can even defeat moroni, which he has done through those verses Based on those scriptures,,,,Moroni & Joseph Smith were LIARS, and CURSED as well ! The funny thing I noticed is that the woman in the video had the answers to her own questions... she just didn't realize it.

We were all "angels" before we were born, we were/are all God's children... which makes us Satan's (and Jesus') brothers and sisters. Satan had an alternative to God's plan that would have defeated the whole point!... that's why he got kicked out of heaven.

And the thing about Moroni vs the Father and the Son visiting Joseph Smith... Uh, that has never changed. Maybe she needs to do some homework, too.....

The missionary she was talking to was definitely never going to change her mind- she's not ready for the truth.... Although, anyone with a believing mind is happy to have others pray for them... we all need blessings.

I'm a Christian. I don't share the Mormon beliefs, but I am embarrassed when someone who claims to be a Christian takes pleasure in being unkind. I don't have to agree with your beliefs, but I am not going to bash them. I see no value in gleefully proclaiming that others are ignorant or wrong. The individual in the video definitely appears to have a bit of a pride issue. It's not what I would consider to be education in how to defend one's faith, but I do see a good example of what not to do.

You have to be pretty insecure in your own faith to teach your members how to respond to specific other faiths.

This woman does not understand what Mormons teach, yet she's acting and talking like an expert. Wow...she is not a thinker.

I don't even know where to begin....she is not smart, and very tunnel-visioned.

You know, to them, these are valid points. A missionary goes out to convert people to their religion (whatever that may be), thereby inadvertently (or maybe advertently) putting it out there that the religion/church that that person ascribes to is incorrect. Why shouldn't people be prepared for that?

*sigh*

There are people dying. No, really DYING! From AIDS. From TB. From other horrible diseases. From being blown to bits by Al Qaeda and other terrorists. From natural disasters.

And THIS tripe is the best use of time and resources??? That's truly pitiful.

Start up a church and tell the world that you speak the truth and you should spread the gospel good.
