Jan Crouch was healed of colon cancer and Joel Osteen's mother was healed of the most deadly type of cancer-she only had months to go said the doctors.
The greater one's faith the greater the promises come.

Although I am not a religious person, I think The Bible is the smartest book on earth. Besides being a historical testimony, (read Issac Asimov guide to the Bible when you have a chance) it has half hidden messages that are priceless when understood.
In Genesis, we find that God has created the man to his own image.
The meaning of this seems to be overwhelming since we (the human race) have never been ready to face, accept and apply it.
So it means that the so-said "Almighty's interference" is not much needed, since he gave us the tools to the "do-it-yourself" system. But we do not use them to their full potential. We kinda of use the hammer from the wrong end...
Some of us survive because they have things to do and are not ready to go: not all people succumb to their cancer... and some other do not believe they can make it, so they drop the body which submits us to a burdensome way of life when really too worn out to be of any use...
This is not something i just "believe in"... a few people in the world "believe" in past lives and can give proof of it... so spiritual things are workable only when taken at face value it seems...

There are almost as many answers to that question as there are people. Some will say that all healing is Divine but there is natural healing, medical healing and supernatural healing or miracle healing.
Miracle healing like in the bible does not exist today. I can say this because we see no limbs grow where there are none. We do not see the dead come back to life after 4 days in the grave. I challenge anyone to show just one example of a true bible miracle. It does not exist.
However supernatural healing does happen and it is not limited to Christianity as a matter of fact I see more supernatural healing in pagans than in Christians.
Supernatural healing is when you heal yourself or believe a Deity heals you. As far as how much faith one needs depends on the individual. I heal myself almost with no effort and i have seen others heal after they cast a spell while others heal after having hands laid on them by christian ministers while still others go years trying hard and never receive healing. Sometimes I think people try too hard.
Hope this helps.

1. You have to be chosen of God to do it, the Bible states He gave the apostles authority to heal, cast out devils etc.
2. The healer must be cleansed every whit of their iniquity.
3. The healer (and to a degree the recipient) must ask in faith believing doubting nothing.
4. The healer must not do it for money or popularity, only for the glory of God.
5. God does not change, and will perform miracles until the end of time so long as their is faith.
6. Very very few fulfill these requirements, because of this very few miracles happen today, but that is not God's fault or the scriptures, only the people.

The age of miracles has passed! We were told that that there would come a time when miracles would cease. The so-called modern faith healers will always tell you that a person wasn't healed because the sick person didn't have enough faith. But we note that that was not the case in the Bible. there were sick people healed and their degree of faith had nothing to do with whether or not they got healed. Aprons and handkerchief were brought to the apostle Paul from people who were sick and when Paul touched them the sick person was healed. I have observed the tactics of these so-called faith healers of today and conclude they are a sham. The bible tells us that is there be any sick, let them call for the elders of the church to anoint his/her head with oil and pray over that person.

My brother was ran into by a car, thrown through the windshield. The doctors told my mom he would never regain consciences and would die before day break. My mom being a devoted Christian all my life, prayed that God would not let my brother die in his sins. She told God, and reminded God of her faith and how she tried to raise us. My brother opened his eyes, he could not speak, but moved his finger to say yes he understood, and the pastor, mom and dad and my brother prayed, then he died. That was Devine healing.

The first thing you would need to do to understand it would be to find all of God's instruction in the Bible on how to heal people. That would be real easy, because there isn't any. Healing meetings do not exist in the Bible, it is really a pentacostal teaching, and they don't do very well at it.
