You're not going to hell, stay calm. Not unless you're a really bad guy and believe in hell (I don't)

The only reason you would go to hell is if you are not saved. Meaning you do not believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the son of God, that he died on the cross to forgive you of your sins. Repent and ask the Lord Jesus into your heart, live for him and love him. We are baptized in water as a profession of that love and dedication to him. Remember Jesus was not baptized until he was 30. We are baptized out of obedience. Once you are truly saved and are on fire for the Lord God, the Holy Spirit will move you to want to do these things. However, I don't believe you will go to Hell because you are not baptized, if your saved you have already been baptized in the Holy Spirit. Just remember the thief on the cross, "tonight you will be with me in paradise", sayeth the Lord.

Then? Do you think that a little water can save anyone? Baptism with water isn't a creation of Jesus! He Himself was baptized by John. What the baptism is by Jesus? The baptism with the Spirit! That is the true baptism, and you can reach it only with your life, your better way to live, as Christian or other, isn't important.

Just to correct one of the contributors who said that all seven Sacraments were necessary to get to Heaven.
It would be very rare for a Catholic to obtain all seven. One of the Sacraments is Priesthood and as most people know, a priest cannot marry. Neither (presently) can a female partake of the Sacrament of Holy Orders (i.e. become a priest).
It is for God to say who will reach Heaven, however, if baptism was a requirement for Jesus, then I would have to say it must be necessary for Christians.

The act of baptism is nothing to do with salvation! Only those who have received Jesus as their Savior are candidates for baptism. Baptism is the scriptural means by which one is added to the church and relates to service to the Lord. The dieing thief was not baptized but he still went to heaven

No, you won't, Baptism is symbolic. Something you probably need to do, but if you don't, you're not going to hell because you haven't.
The thief on the cross next to Jesus wasn't baptized, but Jesus told him he would be in paradise.

Baptism is never a requirement to get to heaven...the only way is through Jesus Christ whom you have received as your personal Lord and Saviour.
Baptism is our identification with Christ with his death, burial and ressurection....and doing so is our symbol and our outward declaration that we are now a follower of Jesus Christ...because Christ himself was baptised by John the Baptist.
Baptism of Jesus is our example wherein we are to follow but He never said that you cannot go to heaven unless you are baptized...He said" I am the way, the truth and the Life...no one goes to the Father but through me."
If you have surrendered your life to Jesus Christ...then fear not...for i will see you in heaven.

some religions use that as a "rule of thumb"...you will not got to hell if you are not baptized as long as you believe, have faith, and are a good person you will be just fine

No, people go to hell because they sin, not because they aren't baptized. A man asked Paul, "What must I do to be saved?" and Pauls said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved."
