You should atleast be cleaning your teeth twice a day, once in the morning, once just before you go to bed at night. So how often do you clean your teeth? You may not notice any effect of not cleaning your teeth now, but in the long run, it will slowly start to take effect and become noticeable.

I brush my teeth twice a day. sometimes three times a day. I floss once a day. I use a floride rinse once a day. I use mouthwash after I brush everytime. I had braces so I had to keep my teeth really clean. I am still keeping that good habbit even though I got my braces off like two weeks ago. I am so proud of myself.

Always twice a day - in the morning and before bed. I also brush before leaving the house to go anywhere, when I know my husband will be home soon, and after any meals that have strong taste or odor. Also after coffee because that leaves a gross taste in my mouth.

good answer

and use Tooth Soap instead of toothpaste

I had 4 cavities (@ $185 ea) but chose to wait until I moved to get them taken care of when I had dental insurance with my new employer

found ToothSoap and used it for 7 months - before my appointment

ZERO cavities from the new dentist - and that has held thru the second cleaning 7 months later (OK I was LATE!)

Regular toothpaste has glycerin and other things to make your teeth shine - which also prevents your teeth from re-enameling with the calcium in your body

it worked for me at 54 yrs of age - with I had this 40 years ago

it may also be able to re-enamel your teeth - all the best

twice a day. sometimes after meals, if i have food stuck in between my teeth.
i use my water pick first, which is like floss, but only water, then i use a toothbrush pick to kindof get rid of the plaque or anything like that, and then i brush my actual teeth. then i floss, and rinse w/ mouthwash. it takes me 10 mins. haha.

I floss and brush after every meal.
Which means 3 times a day, of course(:

I brush in the morning and at night, plus if I am going anywhere, I brush them again. I rarely floss.
