im a 17 year old girl
few years ago, my grandma(lived with for about 13 years) asked me if i did anything else that she doesn't know because at that time, she found out that i was working out at the gym without her permission i was 13 or 14
this comes to my mind now and ive been always(most of the times) guilty about masturbating with bananas, objects, and rolled napkin
i think i told her that i did nothing else she doesn't know, maybe i didn't think about masturbating when i answered
should i tell her now?
i also masturbated without using these once a few weeks ago
do i have a serious obsessive compulsive disorder
my grandma is better than a mom to me
also i really don't want to tell her(it's embarrassing), but something always bothers me, it's weird
i think i saw somewhere that trying to make yourself embarrassing but you don't want to is one of the symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder

As a 17 year old girl, you are entitled to privacy and masturbation is a private affair! Your grandmother sounds like she's a great lady, but she doesn't need to know about this. You describe yourself as having obsessive compulsive disorder and its hard to know whether you do or not from your question. If you are concerned, look it up on the internet and then speak to a qualified mental health professional about it. You have the right to seek counseling even though you are a minor. Minor's 12 years and over do not have to have their parents permission. Good luck!

Have you heard this saying

"What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas"

Something are better left un told. What would your grandmother get from you tell her you masturbate. ( beside being afraid to eat the bananas in your home)

No, you did not lie. There are things that are private and personal. Things that others do not need to know about. If I were you, I would not want to get into a converstation with my grandma about masturbating.

Somethings are better left unsaid.

Silence is Golden.

Masturbation is a natural thing. You are not alone. Many people do it. Some more then once a day. I do not believe that you have OCD. You are taking care of your needs.

It is perfectly normal for you to touch your own body in this way.
For all you know, your Grandmother has sometime in her life, too.
I really don't think this was what she had in mind, anyway.
She may have been concerned about you being around guys at the gym or any situation she thought you might not be able to handle well by yourself while you were there. She probably was afraid you had some secret life out in the world where she couldn't protect or advise you.
The personal matters you are concerned about were probably the last thing on her mind.

there's no need to tell her something personal like that as it is none of her business and there's no embarassment in masturbating as every woman does it on a regular basis. i do have concern with you using objects as it is unsafe, i recommend buying a vibrator when you turn 18. it'll increase pleasure and it's safe to use. for now, water pressure and fingers should do you good but please for hygiene/safety reasons please don't use objects you could get infected. as for the compulsive disorder, no, women masturbate in different intervals, it doesn't really matter

I understand why you don't wanna tell him. If you don't want to, you shouldn't because it's something embarrasing to you. If it is getting to you and making you feel this way, tell her than! She was a teen and going through that at times, too! She's a woman and will understand! :) Good luck, hon.
