Anything that looks really cool in lots of pieces. On "Northern Exposure" some years ago they launched a concert grand piano....
Living things generally do NOT look good in pieces. ;-}

Depends where you are launching it but the coolest would be to fling smoke bombs into people back yards! (Yes I'm an anarchist) If you want to know how to make really good ones email me!

Water balloon slingshots are lots of fun. Some guys made a video of a squirrel slingshot--poor little critters. Bet they won't be back for more food.
