Cut each steak into 3 pieces. Pound them to make them about 1/8- 1/4" thick. Season with black pepper. Dip in flour, dip in egg, and dip into either the flour again or bread crumbs. Brown in a skillet with a little olive oil and transfer to the oven on 350º for 10 minutes while you make a gravy with the drippings. Serve with mashed potatoes and you'll have Chicken-fried steak.

Give each person 2 of the pieces. Serve with a salad and nice veggie.

Batter the steaks with a meat hammer. If you haven't got one a rolling-pin will work just as well. By doing this you will make the steaks bigger and you should be able to cut one of them into 2 pieces large enough so you now have 3 steaks. Slosh some olive oil all over the 3 steaks, sprinkle them with coarse sea-salt and black pepper, leave them to reach room temperature then either grill them or fry them. Serve with chestnut mushrooms gently cooked in garlic butter (don't wash the mushrooms, just wipe them with kitchen paper. Never put mushrooms into water...they go mushy and shrink away to nothing) Also serve homemade chips and/or a crisp vinagrette salad and crusty bread. Or you could rub a crushed garlic clove over the steaks, season with the olive oil, salt n pepper and serve with the crisp salad and crusty bread/chips, OR prepare the steaks, as above, and cook, fry some onion rings, slice 3 small baguettes and butter lightly, put the steaks n onion rings into the baguettes and serve as a Supreme Steak Sandwich.

You didn't mention how big your steaks are, but you can easily feed three light eaters on 2 steaks plus some great side dishes. Season each steak with kosher salt, garlic powder, Bon Appetit, and fresh ground pepper. Let "marinate" for at least 1 hour, preferably longer. Grill until medium rare and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Serve with sauteed mushrooms, twice baked potatos, and creamed spinach for a festive supper.

I would marinate it in teriyaki marinade for about 30/40 minutes first, put in a very hot pan for about 2 minutes each side. This would be medium rare for me, if it is too rare carry on cooking at a lower heat till it suits your preference. Rump is much tastier than sirloin but takes more chewing. Would I cook sirloin the same? Don't really know 'cos I wouldn't buy sirloin!

BBQ or grill the steaks, and then cut them into 3 pieces each, set them on a plate for the three to serve themselves.. Cook one medium well and the other rare.. Thus giving people a choice. Serve them with baked or boiled potatoes and salad.
Easy.

Cut one third off each steak to give to the 3rd person - then each person gets 2/3 each.
