We should be praising the Lord, not the lard. I mean lard is disgusting and really bad on the ole ticker too. Im not really sure if you have a question or a rant here, but I will just say that you should at least check out the bible on your own. Were you raised in a church? It kind of sounds like you might have been.
Anyhow, Gods peace to you and I do hope we get less annoying to you as time goes on. Sometimes we arent so bad ifyou give us a chance. Gods peace to you :-)

The Bible is a way of life. When they say they are praising the Lord, they mean that despite their problems they are still looking to Christ and trusting Him to help. When you ask "how are you" and people say "fine" isn't that a form of a lie too when really they are not? That's got nothing to do with a Christian answer.

For religion based answers you HAVE to go to the ONLY true book...the Bible.
anything else is just someones opinion. Written in a book or not.
Almighty God is making sure is is not altered so as to lose its message.

What the hell is Christian "blah"? Any one with some common sense should be able to understand that if someone says they are praising the LORD, it means they are being respectful of their God.
Damn, you don't have to be a geniues to figure that out. It means they are able to give thanks for something. If you don't like it, keep walking., For those who believe in God, the Bible is everything, For those who believe in Allah, the Koran is everything. You can take it or leave it, but it my opinion, to ridicule them makes YOU A PUNK.

i dont think any of the christians i've met have answered the question of how are you with i'm just praising the "lard." And even if they answered such, its not a stupid answer because you are seeing it through your point of view, its just a very different answer. If you're well-versed with the bible then you'll realize the many things it has to do with life.

This question certainly separates the mindless puppets and the true students of theology. I also think that this is an oxymoron and one of the unanswerable questions that convince me that religion is nothing more than mankind's mechanism of understanding things that are assumed to beyond human understanding and we all must take upon faith to be welcomed into His kingdom after we shed this mortal coil. If you study the origins of not only Christianity but religion itself you are an illogical being if you do not at least seek further understanding of what it is you choose to live your life believing.
Christians base their every arguement on faith in a book that may or maynot have been written by individuals who were inspired, guided, or called upon by him. That is a matter of faith. But the one thing that is based upon unshakable faith is that the Bible like all other literary works was penned by human beings who, if God gives us all free will, COULD have chosen to use that free to serve their own agendas.
