Please don't do it, you should always defrost any meat before cooking whether its for boiling or roasting, by not defrosting first how can you be sure that it hasn't gone bad, many times I've defrosted meat and didn't like the smell of it so in the trash it went, food poisoning can be lethal, please please defrost first, many years of experience. good luck.

Please do not boil frozen chicken. The best method is to put your chicken into container of cold water and allow it to thouroughly defrost. Once that has happened, place the chicken into a cooking pot and or pressure cooker, fill with cold water. The moment it begins to boil turn your heat down to medium or there abouts and allow the chicken to boil in the water for one hour....it really does taste quite nice and is not dry. Also the meat just falls away from the bone. In addition. Do not put a lid over the chicken while it is cooking.

Until it's cooked. I worked in Saudi Arabia for 2 years, when I came home from work that is how I defrosted everything. I was not safe to wait for it to defrost.

Have you confused boiling chicken to make it safe with boiling water to make it safe to drink??? Actually, boiling frozen chicken doesn't accomplish anything, other than to give you boiled chicken! If you are concerned that your chicken is spoiled, then toss it. Chicken tastes best when roasted, broiled, baked, fried, or grilled. Even when adding it to soups, it's flavor is much richer if its roasted first!

Oh, yuck. First defrost the chicken, preferably in the fridge, but if time is pressing just leave it, covered, in the kitchen. I find microwaving unsatisfactory, 'cos even on defrost, the skin starts to cook.

Cook it until you see no blood if you poke it with a fork. If there is blood or the meat is pink it is not done..... I cook mine until it's basically falling off the bones....
