Is the world 6 billion years old as the scientists say or 6 thousand years old as the Bible says?

I don't know. When it really comes down to it, does it matter? I mean, does it impact your life personally?

When we landed on the moon, we found around 1.5 inches of dust, indicating that the moon had been there for around 8000 years. If you remember from the pictures, there were huge legs on the landing craft, because we were expecting about 15 feet of dust, from the apparent age of the moon being 4.5 million years. It's an interesting thing to study all of the evidence for the Biblical account of creation and history...amazingly accurate.

More like 4.5 billion years old, based on radiometric dating.

4.55 billion years. It's been measured. Not estimated, guessed, not a random number plucked out of thin air or invented to try to hoodwink people into rejecting god and falling victim to satan... measured.

6000 years---rocks don't have date stamps on them. Radiometric dating does not conincide with other facts of earth science and has flaws in it's methodology.
