The later the better, since we don't need people having babies that cannot afford them. Usually, though, the males find out they are hormonally enhanced around 11-13 and have sex between 16-20, while ladies find out a couple years later but have sex around 18.

The normal age that starts having sex.
is sadly as young as 14.
normal would probably be 16-22

depends person to person really, upon the maturity, ability to take responsibility, some are horny ******* till 25, some are very deep and responsible at 14.
