When to flirt/ how to flirt?

Okay everyone, so I am a nice girl and get stuck in the friend role :( When does one flirt, what should i say to co-workers.

Examples

1. He is interested in my friends but she is not interested in him, what should I do if anything to make myself known?

2. He is someone I work with and talk to about his daily life, how can I be more than a friend?

3. How can I get more guys on the street to check me out?

Find a reason to have him come over to your place:

Flirt for about a week, then come up with some excuse: Can you fix a leak? Will you take a look at my car? Help me move some furniture?
When he gets there...don't be a "nice" girl. ;)

(Always be careful with co-workers if you want to work there for long. My rule: NEVER date a co-worker unless marriage is a possibility. Yeah, it works out for some, but it's a roll of the dice for most.)

1. If he is interested in your friend than it is up to her to let him know she isn't interested, if he asks you tell him she isn't interested. Don't do anything except tell your friend that you wish that he would have asked you out.

2. You can't force it, be casual, see if her is interested in going out for a drink or out to relax after work. If not, be glad that you have someone to talk to at work.

3. Do you really want strange men on the street checking you out? That is not how a real relationship starts. If you are searching men's faces to see if they are checking you out than most likely those same men are avoiding you because you are coming off desperate. Walk down the street for your purpose, to get from a to b or window shopping not man hunting.

hey well basically flirting is complimenting in a hinting way pretty much. so like say his hair is nice or somthin. then when he says thanks just kinda laugh and give him a sweet smile. and ya if you want more guys to check you out.....um wear a skirt lol

i think the key things to flirting are confidence and highlighting your best features...guys can see right through desperation or acts...so wear your clothes or your hair the best way to emphasize your best features and just have fun with it...never try to read the guy's mind..just know you look good and feel good and that's it...good luck
