ever notice that female marines get so much attention from male marines? it also tends to get to their heads. they get way more attention than they would in the civillian world and so they think they are hot ****.

Your are refering to a Male dominate community. The Marines are, for the most part, a male only click. There are some service jobs that females are "allowed" to sign up for but women in the marines is not seen as often as a with the other branches. The marine uniform is also looked at as being the best looking uniform of the different branches (this is coming from a 9 yr vet in the Army). Its bad enough to see a guy looking sharp in the uniform but to see a female in the marine uniform would probably be an extreme turn-on. Most female marines think they are hot sh*t because they completed 10 weeks of the toughest bootcamp and they are not about to have someone else tell them any different.

This can be said for women in all branches of the service really. There really is no better haven for the homely female than the military.
Add in the bravado and gung ho results in the birth of a super fem.
With that fearless attitude attracts those who like a challenge. Which describe your average young marine perfectly.

Women Marines are truly the "FEW" of any in the services today. Their uniform is "HOT" and they've trained to kill! WOW.....don't know 'bout you but that gets me "HOT"!! When you live in a world full of testosterone laden professional killers and you are of the opposite sex you are going to be noticed.
I think you aren't getting noticed....maybe you should find out what all the commotion is about. Why not look good while you are sweating?

Happens in all services. Navy has a one to 25 ratio. All think they are hot.
Evan the "hound dog fugly" ones get attention. Give me a P***y. I'll rule the world in 5 years.lol

Because Marines are trained to believe that they are truly better than everyone else. Get a female that's better than everyone else and I'm sure you'd be pretty gung-ho too.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the Marines. I have a couple as friends and family. But it takes a certain mentality to be able to be the first ones there shooting back.
Why won't they die when they hit the beach? Because they're better than everyone else.

I never noticed that the female marines got a lot of attention from the male soldiers, but I only have met one female marine and the only reason she got their attention was because she would sleep with any of them.

I believe because their job is to be connected coitally to male marines. My husband is a retired Marine and he agreed.
