islam is doing a lot of sh*t in the world. I think It should be banned for having anti-social teachings.
I also think bann should be on teachings of bible which says that non-christians are sinners, etc.

We have this little thing called the Bill of Rights....
I will say what I want to say when I want to say it. If I wish to pray, I shall do so.
I will practice the religion of my choice freely without consequence or threat of others. But, know that I will die for the Lord my God.
I will read what I want, when I want and that includes the Bible-ALL OF IT. As for non-Christians being sinners... I follow the word of my Lord and am free to do so!
Thank you God Almighty and all our Veterans for our Freedom!

(Before anyone goes off half lame- all of this is, of course, within the law.)

I don't know where you are but I hear people talking openly about Islam all the time. They are all over the place especially on the streets. They are at the intersections selling bean pies, water and those Islam magazines. And if you really want to hear them talk openly go to prison. There are thousands of them in there.
All of us are sinners. The only difference is that Christians do not have a problem admitting it.

The bible does not teach that non Christians are sinners it teaches that all people Christian and non-Christians are sinners in need of a savior the only difference in the 2 is that Christians receive redemption through the acceptance of the savior (Christ Jesus) and non Christians have not yet received redemption.

Maybe because they don't really know what Islam is......
And don't swear when you mention the religion. I'm a Christian Catholic, but even I feel offended when someone shames a religion.
We can't blame Islam. That's their mentality.
And I don't think that those who are not Christians are all sinners. Your parents' religion is likely to be your religion. We live in different kinds of worlds. We see things differently. So, we can't really blame Islam.

There are people who talk openly about Islam although the idiots who want to go around killing those who do make it harder to do, especially if you can't easily hide.
Though I think one needs to be careful with banning religion, as much good as may come from it any premature attempt to deal with religion may incite a lot of violence from the people who believe.

Then it would be like the catholic joke I once heard. A dead guy goes to heaven, sees people dancing, so he asks the angel why they were dancing. The angel replies, they were Baptists and were not allowed to dance on earth so in heaven we allow it. Many other were also being allowed to do the things their faiths would not allow on earth except some people who were just sitting there twittling their thumbs. The guy asks the angel "why," to which he replies, "Oh, them, they were Catholics, and have done everything imaginable on earth and have nothing to do in heaven."
Take away the "delusions of perfection" from these religious person and what do you have. NOTHING but "reality" and we know how much they hate that.......

You can't ban stuff cos you don't agree with it - all you can do is educate, educate, educate.
You can legislate against inciting riots but only after the fact.
It's a fine line between rights and responsibilities.

There is quite a bit of public discourse about Islam in America. However, simplistic, sloganistic 'discourse' like 'Islam should be banned' is still looked down upon by reasonable people for the reasonable reason that it is unreasonable.

Thousands of people were killed in Japan, Vietnam, Africa, Colombia, America (Indians), Iraq, Palestine, and Afghanistan by non- Muslims people. Do we have to blame Christianity or other religions. That is not fair.
