Nothing, it's just that absolute truth isn't readily available to humanity, just parts of it. So the real challenge is to sort the absolute truth from the half-truths out there. Still, I think that even people who think that they've found absolute truth are probably partially wrong. I believe that absolute truth exists, but I also believe that I'm not ready for all of it.

I believe in God, and accept His absolute standards...but I have good advice for you to find the truth, regardless of your beliefs!
Remember that there are usually two sides to every story. "The first to present his case seems right, till another comes forward and questions him." Prov. 18:17 NIV
Know that most people haven't thought through what they believe, and so the real task is getting people to think on their own, not just swallow your ideas because you are more persuasive than the next guy.
Keep in mind that in the battle of ideas, people are never the enemy.
There is nothing worse than trying to communicate with a person who is closed-minded.
Be honest with the facts you have, and be honest about the fact that you don't have all the facts
Each of us should be willing to learn and consider new concepts, so that we can grow in our understanding of what life is all about.
Develop a passion for learning, and never stop being teachable.
But again I remind you of God's Word.
So...

Nothing at all. The problem comes about when one tries to impose that version of absolute truth on others.

If you believe that something is the absolute truth - fine. If you go around telling people that something is an absolute truth - you better have some way to demonstrate it.
"Truth does not demand belief. Scientists do not join hands every Sunday, singing, 'yes, gravity is real! I will have faith! I will be strong! I believe in my heart that what goes up, up, up must come down, down. down. Amen!' If they did, we would think they were pretty insecure about it." — Dan Barker (ex-preacher).

It's a beautiful thing but you have a long road ahead. Along the road of truth stand large men with swords. Each attempting to hide their own secrets. They will attempt to cut you down any and every chance they get. Little do they know it is their secrets that create their own hell and seperation from truth (God).

A lot. Those who believe they have found absolute truth are incredibly dangerous because they will not change their mind on the matter. Thus if a person thinks it is absolute that God exists and wants unbelievers to be killed then unbelievers are going to get killed.

nothing much, if at all, it might distance u form having many friends. imean, every one has there own secrets, and trust me, u dont wnat to know what they r. and also, it's part of their privacy that your invading if u try to get the truth out of someone. as for being compleatly truthful about your self to others, ppl might find that to be a bit too forward and might be scared by that type of confrontation. BUT, if u happen to find friends with the same type of values(about telling the truth), they will be closer to you than any friend that u gain in any ohter way. It's a rare and dying breed though.

How will the believer deal with absolute truth that is towards him and would conflict with his interest?

those who say there is no absolute truth have my absolute sympathy...how sad it must be to just drift around aimlessly on the tide of popular opinion...i follow, however imperfectly, the One who said "I am the way, the truth, and the life"...there is peace and freedom in knowing the truth

Nothing, if you actual think you have found it. Truth is like time. It is never the same as a "constant." For what you may feel is absolute truth will be someone else's LIE. And their lie may be your TRUTH. There IS no such thing as "absolute truth" ESPECIALLY if it deals with RELIGION.
