I would just be honest with her and tell her how you feel and if she feels the same, great! and if she doesn't, she'll let you know and hopefully she'll have some dignity about it...If she has class, she'll tell you honestly and respectfully that she doesnt feel the same...

She probably won't respond at first, because it might come as a shock for her. Give her time to absorb and understand how you feel for her.
Edit: You could ask her directly if she's honestly interested in you or not, and if she isn't, then she isn't, but still gather up courage to ask her if she has any feelings for you.

She probably doesn't have the same feelings you do, is using your "friendship" nor really cares about your feelings or wants them to surface. (most women are typically hypersensitive just due to nature, if she's tuning you out, it's a conscientious intent).

put an advertisment in the local rag, hire an areoplane to write your feelings in the sky ( bit extreme but hey!)

you track her down....and make a huge scene confessing all that you feel....girls love attention..if you do this for them they'll relate it to some dorky girly movie and be all giddish over it....or they can take it the opposite way and be embarassed and will never want to see you again..its an all or nothing

send her a message. e-mail, tell one of her friends and see what she says, and she probably doesnt like you if she wont respond

Maybe she doesn't want to hear what you have to say...Best thing to do if she is mad is leave her be for a while, then try again on a later date...
