The Jews and Muslims who DId convert willingly were frequently less than very a lot of suspicion and were frequently the objectives of the Inquisition Courts. to assert that one become less than analyze by technique of the Inquisition in basic terms about continually meant a death sentence to the only being investigasted. more suitable frequently than no longer, the "questioning" by technique of the Inquisition become extremely torture that resulted contained in the death of the fellow being investigated, in an extremely merciless and bloody style. Let me help you reconstruct your question:

During the Spanish Inquisition, did the Roman Catholic Church offer Christians, Muslims, and Jews the choice of Baptism or Death ?

Well, yes. They did. But there were a lot of other things they demanded. That they should pay reverence to the Pope, that they should adhere to all the tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.

Jews were persecuted even after they converted. Christians who were not Roman Catholic are sometimes met with the same fate. And Muslims as well ( though they were not referred to as Muslims then.)

The problem was that the Roman Catholic Church held sway with government, and could even make deals to get laws within governments to support their hypocrisy.

But the Roman Catholic Church is not to be confused with those sometimes referred to as Protestants. The Christians who were not Roman Catholics were also persecuted.

Yesterday was the feast day of 4961 Catholic martyrs killed by Muslims is the 5th Century. They were not given the choice to convert. They were simply murdered for their faith.

The Holy Father apologized formally for the evils of the inquisition.

When will Catholics or anyone for that matter hear an apology from the head Imam about the atrocities committed by Muslims since that time through today?

Well neither, it was mainly about the Catholic church rounding up other Christians (Cathars/Albigenses/Waldensians) who would not submit to the Pope. Much of it was over infant baptism the other believers did not recognize the church's baptism and this caused problems.

Of course they did. If the assumed heretic, remember wiping out heretics or anti-catholics was the cause, was poor and of no value they would accept that and let them go. If they had money or land their conversion was never heard and they died and lost all to the church.
They real mission was the annihilation of the Jew and confiscating all their wealth.

Blah, blah, blah. You blast Judaism in one post, then Christianity in another. Forget it--we don't believe in holy wars.

No, they killed the liars who pretended to be Christian. They either told the truth, left the country, or were killed for treason. It's kind of like how Mecca or Medina won't let non Muslims enter their city, except Muslims are still doing it today.

They want it to be "pure". If that policy is good enough for Muslims, why not for 15th century Spain?
