yes, one time i had an emotional break down (moved away from home to another state where i knew no one) and my hair started falling out. well, it went away, and then i died my hair black, and now my hair is falling out again, u just have to emotionally recover, and then you even have to wait longer for your hair to stop falling out, itll just be time

Yes, stress and health issues definitely can do that. Seek counseling to help you relieve the stress, and your hair will stop falling out. Only in extremely rare cases can anything you put on your hair damage it in the hair shaft, causing it to fall out. But a lot of things you put on hair can break it off by damaging it.

Yes it can. I am under loads of stress right now...and my hair is falling out like crazy! I went to the doctor about it and they said it was from stress.
