I think It's because they get tired of all the bashing and the constant disrespect.
Also the blatent blasphemy.
Not to mention the Biblical error that's posted.Even Jesus needed to get away and spend quite time with the Lord...To renew His Spirit.

It is because some people are reporting anything a Christian posts or asks and their posts are deleted on yahoo. They are biased against Christians here. Your friends will have their questions deleted and 10 points deducted because someone will "report" Christians for no reason at all except they are Christian. I don't believe yahoo monitors abusive reporting when Christians are involved. I know, I have appealed some of the questions they deleted that did not violate anything and was asked respectfully. I do not understand what is going on? It just makes me upset that the regulators of this forum are so unfair! I have seen things that were reported concerning vile language and people saying horrible things about Christians and Jews, but a lot of these posts and questions were not deleted. So I can understand about your friends not asking any more questions!

I'm a non-believer and I've pretty much stopped asking questions here because about 90% of them are deleted for some unknown reason?

A nine year-old has better questions than some of those proselytizing Christians. Good riddance, I say. (If they actually HAD a question to ask, then I am sorry for them, but they can find all the information they want on the net.)
Perhaps they might try their hand at answering questions...but for that, I guess they would have to gain a great deal of knowledge/experience/and develop a thick skin

Do you have a persecution complex? I don't believe I have ever seen a post saying "I hate all Christians".
If you mean people giving their opinions you need to get a tougher skin.
It's funny I rarely if ever see atheist complaining about how persecuted and disliked they are even though we are the minority. Why do you think that is? You Christians seem to complain about it all the time.

Why don't you ask them instead of us. They could tell you better than we can. If so, tell them that they need to grow up and develop thicker skins. This place is nothing like the real world. This section is not for Christians only. You have to tolerate people with many beliefs. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

I'm not so sure that it is because they feel "hated", perhaps it is because when they ask a question they get answers from people like myself who try to get them to consider all possibilities rather than just accept what they are told to believe.

Why would they come on here anyway? All the answers are supposedly in the bible. Nobody asks questions to get answers on here. Everybody already knows the answer.

It most likely is. I've stopped asking questions as well. Most of the replies are simply meant to mock God and I won't be a party to that kind of ugliness.
Even when a Christian answers a question truthfully, we get thumbs down, but that's not all bad, at least it means the unbelievers read the truth.
God bless!

If they felt hate was displayed, it was probably how they framed the question.
Or, they learned something and are on the enlightened path to reason, logic and rational thought.
