No, it's not illegal to go out somewhere together. It is completely illegal to have any kind of sex with him - that is statutory rape.

You would be smart to do things in groups with other people. Its hard to stay pure if you spend much time alone with each other.

Between now and age 18 you are going to go through many changes. The guys who seem totally cool now, will not seem that way in six months. Its just the way it is. So be very careful of the decisions you make, there's only one first time. The reason we tell you all to save it for marriage is because it just works out best that way. I've heard girls say their first time was anything but romantic. Some even said they didn't like it at all and felt bad about it. I've never heard anyone who waited say they were sorry they waited My oldest daughter gave into pressure and eventually talked to me about it and some other experiences she had with guys she dated. She really felt bad about her experiences, they didn't mean what she thought they would. She also spent a month with stomach aches and nervous headaches when she was worried she might be pregnant. As a Mom, I don't want to be a kill-joy, I just hate that she went through so much fear and disappointment. I hope for better for you!

dating no but sex could be different. depending on what state you are living in. i live in ohio and some one 16 can sleep with some one 4 years or younger before the older person would get in trouble for rape. so 16-20, 17-21, 18-22. i would check out your state laws. google or yahoo it up and you should be able to find your answers. Good luck

no its not illegal for u to be dating at the moment. once he turns 18 however, its tech illegal because hes 18 and you're only 15 which means if once he turns 18, and u guys are sleeping together, its considered to be statutory rape. theres alot of diff laws w/in that but i wouldn't worry about it. its not illegal for you guys to date each other though so i wouldn't worry about it.

Dating is legal in every state. In some states, it may be illegal for an adult to have sex with a minor, but you're both minors, so it's not.

the general rule is 18 as long as you two arent having sexual contact, if you are, keep it to yourself, its concidered statutory rape when someone has sex with a willing minor,
as far as just dating, you're good

(im going to disclaim this so i dont get in trouble, im not advertising that you two, or anyone in a situation similar to this be involved in sexual activity)
