I am curious to where your from to celebrate turkey day early or did you just cook a huge turkey dinner, or did you jsut find the cranberry lol. Anyway good luck, we never have left over cranberry sauce. I love it on my sandwich the next day, melt down maybe add some spices and make a glaze for left over turkey.

I don't have any good suggestions for the extra cranberry sauce...we just keep eating them with the leftover turkey or with chicken or pork.

I assume you're from Canada, because I know your Thanksgiving was Oct. 8. I think a good share of the answers came from people in the US (like me) and they just don't know that Canada's Thanksgiving coincides with our Monday observed holiday of Columbus Day (traditionally Oct. 12). Thanksgiving in the USA is the 4th Thursday of November.

This is good to make with leftover cranberry sauce.

Gooey Cranberry Chicken-from (razzledazzlerecipes.com)
3 pounds chicken, cut into pieces
16 ounces jellied cranberry sauce
8 ounces French dressing
1 package dried French onion soup mix
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Put the chicken into a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients into a sauce pan, heat over slow heat until bubbling, then pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done, spooning sauce over chicken as it cooks. Good with rice, with sauce spooned over it.

This is October, are you talking last Thanksgiving? Throw it in the trash and buy new for this Thanksgiving.
