Thanks, people! You can do it, too. Just know that people care about you.

I'd like to come on here every day that I do it and reward myself by asking for these cyber pats; think that's ok? I'll do the same for any of you! We should all be proud of ourselves.

Good going, here's a pat on the back for you. Keep it up and pretty soon you won't even think about smoking any longer.
Nice and easy, one day at a time.
Have a great day tomorrow also.

Cheers to you! Take it day by day and let me know how it goes. I have been trying forever and failed each time. The first week is actually the easiest. Its around day 7 and 8 when most people fall off the wagon. Good Luck

I don't know what it means to go a whole day without one, but I'm sure it's pretty hard. Just keep it up, you'll be so much happier when you're done. G' job! I wish you the best on quitting smoking!

CONGRATULATIONS! I'm patting you on the back for your effort and wishing you good luck for every hour you battle through!
Your lungs are thanking you, too. And, I'll bet your skin and hair are, too!
Can you tell I'm a teetotaller when it comes to tobacco? (Add liquor and other nasties to that list, too.)

Good for you! *pat pat* I'm really pulling for you. People I've been close to have died of lung cancer and I hate cigarettes. Smokers should hate them too of course!
