I wont say The Greatest but its certainly one of the major concerns for any democratic nation
There are several other major challenges that are as much as a matter of concern as the issue of illegal immigration
for instance, Terorisim, American economy is slowing down every day due to rise of Countries like China & India

Yes, it is one of the greatest. Many Arab terrorists have crossed the Mexican border because it's so easy. The FBI has admitted that there are Al Queda terrorists crossing mexican border. It's a FREE for all and it needs to be stopped.
Not only for terrorist reasons, but for the simple fact that they are eating up our economy and the Middle Class Americans are paying the price.
Tell it like it IS Angie!! Right on girl!

When you label it the greatest domestic challenge to the US you have it almost correct. The greatest domestic challenge is to get the damn hired help in Washington DC to get off their arses and do something constructive about this problem. Not trying to blow smoke up the Citizens a$$es.

no. The greatest domestic challenge is to find a way to get everyone to agree on a solution to all our problems. Not to stick to our fixed view and refuse to compromise on anything.

No. Sounds like you're lumping too much on one little problem. For instance, how can "The Great Melting Pot" have a specific cultural identity that can be threatened?

No. Major corporations and China are the biggest threats.
Our companies have sold out the middle classes futures in the name of cheap labor and inexpensively produced crap.
Mark my words, by March of next year it will be obvious what is our biggest threat.
