How about Frozen Cone? Yogi's Yogurt?
Danny's Frozen Yogurt -- to me it suggests "Dannon" but I think it would be legal. You might have to name your first born Danny in order to have a nice answer, like Wendy's named for the old man's daughter. Danny's also picks up a similarity to Denny's. Both successful associations. Otherwise what will you say when people ask you where'd you get the name?

Use a name that when people see it they will know what you are selling. If I were to come across a restaurant named Frozen Bone I definitely wouldn't think, "hey they must sell yogurt" would I.

How about Chosen Frozen, and NO... Frozen Bone is not a good name unless the yogurt is for dogs. lol

That sounds very painful. No..I havent yet.. yet although,one time some previous friends of mine all scared the **** out of eachother... I laughed so confusing I had to pee..and issues suddenly didnt look so scary at the same time as i become rushing in route of the bathroom door.

i wouldnt go with frozen bone .... maybe you could incorporate the name of the town you live in for example...
"the dallas freezer or freeze" ..... or just go with "the freeze"
