Why do guys see me as just a friend or don't seem to notice me at all?

If your still in highschool or anything less then college, then thats your reason. Now if your in college it could be because most of them are to shallow to get to know you for whatever reason, OR you make it hard on them. Ether way don't worry about it, the person who counts, the one who truly cares about you, won't be so easily led astray. Be patient! Trust me, shoot I'm 26 years old, havn't found her yet, but heck theres plenty of things to do, things to learn, experience, and understand. As far as I see it, I can only get better on my part, hopfully she's keeping up her end somewhere out there....
