You bruised your lips by compressing them in the lip of the water bottle. You may have the bruises for a couple of days, just like any other bruise. Keep trying the ice to keep the swelling down, but don't keep it on there for more than 20 minutes at a time. Take it off for 10 minutes, then put it back on. Sorry about your lips, but you should be able to cover them with a light foundation by Monday morning for school?~

First of all, you could've been sucking on a lot of other things besides a water bottle. I think that the swelling is caused by increased blood flow to the lips created by the vaccuum of the suction. So basically, all the blood rushed to your lips making them purple. Just chill out for a couple of minutes and the swelling will go away. Ice will speed it up. Why are you embarrased? If people saw, who cares? They will understand that you like to suck things real hard...anyways good luck!

Why were you sucking on a water bottle???
Anyway, keep the ice on and off for at least 8 hours, this will help with the sweeling, as for the bruising, this will probabley take a few days to clear up,a dn ice can't make this any better, just try not to press really hard or put any pressure on your lips or around the bruise, as you are appling the ice, as to not irratate the bruising any further.

My son is in third grade besides. First you do those colunm so 2x4 equals 8 then you extremely do those on the backside and the tens on the best 4x1 is 4 so your first form is 40 8 then you extremely placed a 0 down via fact we are multiplying thw tens so which you're taking the a million from the 14 and muliply it with the two from the 12 so 20 via fact dont overlook the 0 then you extremely take then the single from the 12 situations the a million from the fourteen placed that in the time of front of the 20 your backside form is one hundred twenty then you extremely upload the 40 8 to the one hundred twenty and you get 168 permit me instruct you the thank you to jot down it now!! 12 x14 ------- 40 8 +one hundred twenty --------- 168 relatively 4x12 extra to 10X12 so 20x11 may well be 1x20 plus 10x20

Just rest with a warm washcloth on them and don't eat anything acidic or salty like oranges or potato chips or they'll get more irritated. When you go outside put some lip chap on them and you'll do fine. The swelling will be gone within a few days.

I am so sorry to find that absolutely hilarious!!

I think what you are doing with ice is the best thing. Maybe cover up with some foundation and lipstick.

People pay a lot of money to have their lips pumped up like that!!

That happens to me all the time. TRUST me i feel your pain. Put a hot compress on it then ice it. After that put a cold rag around it. If your talking about people seeing it just put some liquid cover up on it then use a blush pad to spread it. The next day it'll be gone hope it helps.

lol. sorry. can't stop laughing.... sorry again. try some light- colored lipstick, topped with shiny gloss so that it will cover it up, or even better, put dramatic eye shadow on your eyes so the attention is drawn away from the lips. next time maybe consider one of those regular water bottles instead of the suck-on types. lol.

Try to put some water in the bottle to expell most of the air in it and little by little try getting your lips out by folding them back and out

It's okay. Relax. Calm down. We all have our embarassing moments. It would be better the next day, or sometime sooner. Don't worry about it too much. Next time just be more careful when you are drinking from a water bottle.
