If you follow the teachings of Christ, nowhere does he state homosexuality is a sin.
The idea of it still being a sin was a throw back from the OT, in which some apostles in the NT still clung to that view, most likely to appeal to the conservative thinking of that time.
Unfortunately, many Christians of today will use obscure scriptures to give them an excuse to act like bigots, instead of relying directly on what Jesus felt was important.

I have wrestled with trying to understand this issue for a long time. This is the best conclusion I can come up with:
It does appear that the Bible (which I believe is the inerrant Word of God) condemns homosexuality and I, a married heterosexual, personally find it to be abnormal behavior. But clearly there are those males who exhibit a seemingly genuine feminine quality which they seem to have been born with. I have friends who I love and respect who happen to be this way. And it stands to reason that if they possess an abnormal feminine quality from birth that they would likewise find themselves naturally attracted to males. I personally can't see God faulting them for this mutation, if we can call it that, for there are many other mutations that occur from birth that are not condemned nor should they be. For instance, we know a person can be born with both male and female genitalia - a type of mutation which those individuals did not choose. Likewise, isn't it likely that we may also suffer psychological gender-related mutations that we do not choose? Clearly the answer is yes since we observe all kinds of psychological mutations in our society everyday. Mutations that are not of anyone's choosing. So, this type of "natural born" homosexuality, in my opinion, is not what is being condemned in the Bible. I believe the homosexuality condemned in the Bible is the sexual lust-based kind that we see parading in the streets demanding their 'rights". After all, the Bible condemns all lust-based behavior including the heterosexual kind. Basically, I believe the Bible is saying that we are designed to be attracted to one sex and not designed to be attracted lustfully to anything/everything or just anyone we can get our hands on. When the Bible says that man is not to lie with another man as one does with a woman, how can that apply to a born-from-birth homosexual since he has no desire to lie with a woman? Could it be that God is simply saying in essence, "Follow your design.?
So, in a nutshell I believe the Bible condemns lust-based homosexuality, but not the natural born kind.
Having said all that, I admit that my conclusion can be totally wrong. But it's the conclusion that gives me the most peace of mind considering that I find natural-born homosexuals to be some of the most talented, passionate, good natured people in the world.
I hope this was helpful.

I think you actually need to read what is there before you ask questions which show too much ignorance. The bible only forbids ONE specific mixture- linen and wool. Other mixes ARE allowed (this particular mix is called Shatnez). Us Hews that follow the Torah still do not ear shatnez, just as we satate that sodomy (not homosexuality- that is also an incorrect statement) is forbidden.

Yes. You got it!
We are not under the Law of Moses, which is from the Old Covenant.
I don't know if you are a Christian or not. But if you can see through the hypocrite Christian Pharisees message, then you might not be far from the kingdom yourself.
Hebrews 8
13 By calling this covenant "new," he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.

Honestly, the whole book of Leviticus offers rules that were supposed to help people's health. Like when it says not eating pork, that's because pork if not cooked properly can cause all sorts of diseases. Back then, when homosexuals couldn't get married, were involved with multiple people, and spread diseases. With modern medicine and whatnot that whole book isn't really relevant anymore.
Anyways, theres lots of crazy stuff in the Old Testament, just ask yourself what would Jesus do, he would have loved everyone, gay or not. :)

The point is moot. Even if you were to argue that such clothing was wrong, it wouldn't make homosexuality right.

I am Muslim, I belive on Quran the most correct form of guidence from God, although we belive on other three books too, Bible, Torah, Palsm.
In Islam, most of the rules are same as in Bible, homosexuality is Ban too. But when we talk about clothes, very shiny, silk, red, orange and very feminine colours are prohibeted for muslim men.
The criteria of clothing in Islam is to wear lose comfortable colthes which can cover your body parts .

According to many Christians here, the OT is obsolete (so they won't have to obey God's 613 Laws). That would include that stuff about homosexuality, plus the Ten Commandments.
