Ok, Where to start.

I have been living with extreme anxiety for the past 15 years it's gotten a lot worse the past year.
I have gone in and out of the Doctors and hospitals.
Lately I have been very afraid of possibly having an abnormal heart. So I recently have had numerous EKGs, Halter tests, and most recently a ECO plus a stress test. Everything has come back positive. I still worry. I still think I feel palptations and wonder if something is wrong. More then one doctor has told me it is probably do to stress or anxiety.
I'm learning to cope and accept.
On Monday I am having a Ultrasound done on my gall bladder, liver, kidneys, and spleen. I recently had blood test and my ALT and AST were higher then normal. The dr said they are only slightly high and I have nothing to worry about. So I insisted on tests.
I'm afraid of maybe having cancer. I am bloated all the time. I have irregular bowelments, plus what else could be causing the high alt and ast numbers? I need advice.

If your colon is bunged up, it can start to cause all sorts of health problems in the body. Eat lots of fruit and veg, include plenty of fiber in your diet and buy a colon cleanse from a health food store or online if necessary. It's also good to get some colonic irrigation. It makes you feel so clean inside and you get the urge to put only good food in your body after you've been cleansed.

1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water, herbal tea or unsweetened juice each day
2. Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper
3. Eat every two hours, by having healthy snacks in between meals. Eating frequently increases your metabolism.
4. Eat lots of fruit and veg.
5. When having potatoes, rice or pasta, just have a small portion.

1) Eat at least 5 servings of different fruits and vegetables every day. Don't eat any junk/snack type food until you've had at least 5 fruits/vegetables.

2) Stick to whole, unprocessed foods such as whole grains, beans, fruits, vegetables, nuts. As much as you can, try to eat foods that don't have a brand name! So, for example, eat oatmeal (you can buy oats in the bulk bin of most grocery stores) instead of Honey Bunches of Oats.

3) Eliminate partially hydrogenated oil and high-fructose corn syrup completely.

4) Drink a gallon of water instead of soda. If you really want juice, make it a nutritious juice, such as orange juice. Apple and grape juices have very little in the way of nutrients.

5) Minimize animal products, especially fatty ones, as much as possible.

6) Learn about colon cleansing every quarter to remove excess waste and toxins out of the body. You'll be better in no time.

7) The more you stress the more stress you attract. That means more health issues. Focus on a healthy body and be thankful for everything you have in your life. What you focus on in life is what you get in return (called "The Law of Attraction").

Best of health to you

Blood tests do not always have a 100% positive result.
There is always a chance that the test may be taken in the
wrong way or the results are not right on them. The doctor
usually takes a series of blood tests to be sure before
making a diagnoses because of this reason. There are
also many different causes of certain blood tests being
elevated. Being that your body chemistry is constantly
changing and the fact that slight elevations may not mean
much because everyone has lows and highs on them...
you should not worry until all the tests are done. I know
it is hard to wait on the results of all these tests, it is
hard for me also. Many people go through the same thing
as you are now. You want to know now, not later.

Alt and AST are liver enzymes. However, Alt is mostly
found in the liver, where AST is found not only in the liver
but other organs as well. Therefore, they look at the ALT
as being the best to diagnose something that may be
wrong with the liver. If it has inflammation, this inflammation
can be treated with drugs and the liver can heal. It is
only when these enzymes become elevated for a longer
period of time that it "may" cause liver damage. It
sounds like you have been under doctors care for some
time...so they would of caught this right away.

When I get anxious about something, I try to stop myself
and think of others things. I tell myself, do not go there.
I cannot change anything by worrying about it. I may
be worrying needlessly and causing damage to my
own health in doing so. It is stressful when you fear
something...but, ask yourself what you can do about
it if it does happen? Usually, the answer is that you
need to change things that you have done to cause the
situation or there is nothing you can do. Either way,
unless you know what to change and how to change it...
you cannot unless you understand what is happening.

Take the day one day at a time. By being afraid of
the future, it can ruin what you have right now in this
very day. You should be enjoying the life you have
right now in this moment and at this time and being
thankful for it. No one knows the future and the
unknowns can be stressing...but, wait till you get
there to deal with them.
I wish you the best...I usually, go outside and look up
at the stars and realize how very small I am in
comparison...yet, I am wonderfully created...just as
you are. Give yourself hope.

Anxiety is a disease that is a terrible burden for the patient. It is worth the effort to try to improve. You will want to get vigorous physical exercise every day. For me that would be bike riding, but do whatever will be fun for you, even it is just brisk walking. You may find help by saying the Lord's prayer and the 23rd Psalm every night when you go to bed and really thinking hard about those. Memorize them if you haven't already done that.

It helps to have friends you can talk to every day online or on the phone, or else keep a diary. Write kind confident letters to friends and relatives every day, too, if possible. It sounds like you are already working with your doctors to the max. And medication can often make a real difference for the better with anxiety, but at other times something else will have to be tried. You are getting to the place where you accept that you have this. For the bloating, eat less carbohydrates and never over eat. You could have food allergies, talk to the doctor about that. And remember every day to be thankful for the tests that came out well. You are normal in many ways. So just enjoy life as much as you possibly can and help others feel at ease just as you want to be.

You need to separate out whether your fears are real, anxiety related, or if you have psychiatric disorder called Munchausen syndrome. Munchausen syndrome is a condition where a person actually wants to be sick and will frequent doctors and hospitals seeking this type of attention.
You need to examine your motives for continually seeking out medical attention that has not resulted in a clear diagnosis. This is a real condition and sometimes people will go so far as to 'fake' an illness in order to get attention. I am not saying that this is what you are doing, but you can see how a doctor or others might begin to view what you are doing by constantly 'crying wolf' and being tested unnecessarily.

Here are some warning signs associated with Munchausen:

1. Dramatic but inconsistent medical history

2. Unclear symptoms that are not controllable and that become more severe or change once treatment has begun

3. Predictable relapses following improvement in the condition

4. Extensive knowledge of hospitals and/or medical terminology, as well the textbook descriptions of illnesses

5. Appearance of new or additional symptoms following negative test results

6. Presence of symptoms only when the patient is alone or not being observed (a doctor never can see the symptoms)

7. Willingness or eagerness to have medical tests, operations, or other procedures

8. History of seeking treatment at numerous hospitals, clinics, and doctors offices, possibly even in different cities

9. Reluctance by the patient to allow health care professionals to meet with or talk to family, friends, or prior health care providers

10. Problems with identity and self-esteem

You are not alone with the kind of fears your are experiencing. The media today has really done an injustice to the public by depicting every new health issue that comes up as something we need to be terrified of. They're the ones that came up with the term "flesh eating bacteria" an uncommon condition caused by a rare strain of strep. Are you living a fairly healthy lifestyle? Do you smoke, drink , abuse drugs, practice unsafe hetero or homosexual sex? If you are, then some of your fears may be justifiable; you may be doing things that are indeed making you sick. If you don't engage in any of these kind of unhealthy practices and none of your doctors can find anything wrong with you, then you need to turn your energy around. Instead of worrying about getting sick, start focusing on staying well. Educate yourself about healthy eating and exercise. Get some books about stress reduction. Try a yoga class. Learn about meditation. Look around you. Look and find all the things aound you that make you happy. You may have family members, friends, pets, hobbies, or live near a peaceful park to take in a walk for some fresh air. You don't need to live with this fear that is driving you to look for an illness that isn't there. Start looking at the good stuff. It is there inside you....

It sounds like your anxiety is your worst problem and making you feel horrible. You will eventually have medical problems, but you are really making yourself sick with the anxiety over it all. Go see a therapist. You also could benefit from medication to reduce your anxiety. Why live your life worrying about all these diseases which in time will become a reality to some point? That is not a life. You are missing out on so much of the positive things in life because of this anxiety. Do something about that.

The problem is that Republicans do sell their policies, which is why anyone who isn't a civics geek that watched the first Republican debate that included Fred Thompson says it was boring. They mostly debated each other, on policy issues, and your average American can't follow. Now in this latest debate, they've taken their good shots at Hillary, and now everyone's paying attention. Don't blame the participants, blame your neighbors.

I don't think that's cancer. Has anything in your life stressed you out lately? It could possibly just be high anxiety.
