What does it mean if you are "quizzing"
i guess you cant date or such.

Religious "quizzing" is an activity found in some Christian Churches, that started with young people and has advanced to older adults. It usually starts with a group that is studying a part of the Bible, regarding a particular subject. The "quizzing" is done at the end of the study, or the following meeting after the members have had an opportunity to study the material and read the Bible regarding the subject at hand.
It can be in the form of a competition, but usually is done without grading or ranking.

Um, the only thing I could find on it is literally a Bible memorization competition sport thing for Christian young people, people coming up with fast answers to factual questions centering on the Bible. However, that seems to make no connection with your dating comment, so I'm guessing there could be something else of a similar name, but I haven't run across it yet.
