Both,but the heart is way much powerful,strong ,deep,and never miss and when it does then you go with your hands to try to restore the pain left that was lefth from our heart wrong desitions or feelings.Nothing is compare to the feeling of your heart even if you get hurt you will go for the feeling againg and againg.I will say I feel with my heart and I touch with my hands great feelings too.

If you can only feel with your hands, than you will never truly feel. You need to feel with the heart to completely understand what "it" is.
