East Los Angeles is the region that is predominantly hispanic.
The East Los Angeles region has long had a very high concentration of Hispanic residents, primarily of Mexican descent. Since the early 20th century, it has been the locus of the Hispanic population in Los Angeles County. It is sometimes referred to as "El Este" (The East in Spanish..)
The term "hispanic" covers all Spanish-speaking countries, including Mexico, Spain, etc. not only South-American countries like Venezuela.
Because there is a smaller Venezuelan population in the city, they are scattered all throughout. Some may live in East Los Angeles, others in the San Fernando Valley, some on the Westside, some here and there. What I mean is that Venezuelans aren't concentrated in one part of Los Angeles.

Honestly everypart of LA has become predominately Hispanic except of for a few area up in the hills, or in distant suburbs. I would say the main Central American street would be Pico Blvd.

The Venezuelans whom I know tend to be better-off financially than most of the Hispanic population here, so there tends not to be a community as such. Try beverly Hills, Wilshire Corridor, Studio City, Sherman Oaks and other wealthy suburbs.

Why not Mexico and Central America?..There are a lot of people from Mexico and Central America(Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, ect) that live in L.A, not only in the Latin/hispanic part of L.A but they spread in all places and neighborhoods.

They're everywhere; even in Bel Air, Brentwood, Malibu and Westwood; though in much smaller percentages.
Most Puerto Ricans and Dominicans I know live in NYC.
Most Salvadorans live in the DC area.
Most Mexicans live in the states that border Mexico.
Most Cubans live in Florida (especially Miami-Dade).
Most Brazillians live in the Boston area.
I really don't know about the others, but I'm sure you'll find them scattered in LA and other parts of So Cal.

What sh*t have you ever smoked? the super majority, like 80%, of Spanish are easy-skinned. i'm supposing you went to the south or the Baleares Islands, nonetheless this is confusing to have confidence that a good number of are dark-skinned there. easy-skinned Spanish comes from Spain, they are natives from there, there have been some nordic invasions yet their impact weren't that great. concerning Hispanics from united statesa. (or Western Hemisphere such as you individuals call the continent), the known public of the descents of Spanish. in spite of the indisputable fact that it relies upon from the place they arrive from, reason in Argentina and Uruguay as an occasion, a substantial area of the inhabitants is descendant of Italians. yet they have Italian final names, of path, in case you spot a white individual with a Spanish final call than this individual is a descendant of Spanish, the eu immigrants from different international places did no longer replaced their final call whilst they arrived in united statesa.. by using how, what the language somebody communicate has to along with her/his race as you propose on your modern-day word?
