When you think about it, all humans are, in fact, biologically related. Any stranger you see on the street, any person you see on TV, every inmate in prison, is actually a cousin of yours. They may ne your ten millionth cousin twice removed, but they are still your cousin. Therefore any person could, theoretically, have their ancestory traced back to Adam and Eve, to Noah and his decendants, and to Joseph and Mary. Therefore all humans are cousins of Jesus.
What's my point?
Well, I guess there's not much of one, expcept to say that we are all one human family. God is our Father, and he entered into history as a human - one of us.

Jesus need not have had children (which he didn't have) nor siblings (which he did have) in order for us to be related by blood to him. You're related to your great great unlce, arne't you?

That's a pretty valid point.
Jesus was just a man, after all. Sure, people put all sorts of shiny titles on him, and they wrote him half of a very popular book, but he was still flesh and blood.
This is like 'Six Degrees of Separation." That's a sociological theorem, not a Kevin Bacon joke. And it actually works.
Sure, if people want to say, "Jesus never had kids," then what about his siblings? I'm sure they had litters and messes of them just lolling about. A large number of people can probably trace themselves back to him, though the inaccuracy of the calendar may make it difficult...

Ahhhhhh , no. The gene pool does not come from everyone.
We are all related by spirit alone because it is the spirit of God in us. But blood line, No and definitely not the Blood line of Jesus. Jesus was a High Priest in the Order Of Melchizedek and a Rabbi.
He was not allowed to marry. He was not allowed to leave any evidence of himself behind ,per the Book of Urantia.

"Theoretically, have their ancestry traced back to Adam and Eve, to Noah and his descendants, and to Joseph and Mary. Therefore all humans are cousins of Jesus." If you believe in this mythology you may be right for you. For myself I disagree.
And of course you know what that would make us all, especially all having god as out father.

We are not related to Jesus Christ biologically and we are not cousins of Jesus. Contrary to the DaVinci Code, Jesus did not have a wife or children. We are His sons & daughters by adoption. We are adopted into the family of God when we accept by faith the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

We cannot all be related to Jesus by blood. Only if Mary and Joseph were the first human family could this be possible. Thus all humans would be direct descendents from this "first family." Since there were other people around at the time, this is not possible.
Edit: So if you trace Mary and Joseph's lineage to Adam and Eve then yes we are all related. In Luke, he does trace Mary's lineage to Adam and Eve. So, yes we are all related in some manner. Since we are all indirectly related to Adam and Eve, we must be indirectly related to everyone who has ever walked this earth.

Correct, but that does not mean we are all like Jesus, or perfect like him. You have to follow him and do as the bible tells you. Even if Jesus is your great great great great great grandpa's cousin 6 times removed or whatever it does not mean you are going to heaven.

I don't think we would be related physically, as in biologically. But I think you could apply your idea to Noah, since he and his family re-populated the earth after the flood.

Well, I think you post is half right, since Joseph had nothing to do with the male end of Our Lord.
But the wrest is good food for thought.

Even though I don't share your Biblical beliefs, I believe we all are one, and feeling that way leads to higher spirituality.
