What do you mean by it?
If you mean a god figure?
Then Buddha is 'not' a god or god figure!
If you mean, a force for good in your life!?
Then yes, i also believe the only real beneficial way for humanity to be, is having a Buddhist 'type' existence!
This is because, although many different faiths preach peace, Buddhism is the one 'true' peaceful belief system!
